  • Includes lower and upper case alphabetic letters;
  • Has at least 1 symbol;
  • Has at least 1 number.

If you are still struggling, please send us a message with more details about your problem.

Which documents do you accept as proof of ID?

Your credit score contains sensitive information. That’s why we need to verify it’s really you. During the verification process, you need to provide one of the following documents to prove your identity:

  • Passport
  • Medicare Card
My verification didn't work. What can I do?

If for some reason we can't verify your identity straight away, we will ask you to send the required documents directly to support@tippla.com.au. In this case, we will ask you to provide a few more documents for security reasons:

  • Proof of address (important: It needs to contain your name AND address in the same document);
  • 100 points of ID.
What personal information does Tippla hold?

Tippla retrieves credit data from the two leading Credit Reporting Agencies (CRAs) in Australia - Equifax and Experian. Bureaus receive information from all the high street banks, credit unions and credit card companies. These agencies also receive information from local authorities and the largest lenders must also share their information with all three major agencies.

When you sign up to Tippla, you are authorising Tippla to access this information, which we hold in our systems so you can see it on our platform when you log in.
